Stinne Teglhus arbejder fortrinsvist i norsk granit, som hun delvist bearbejder, idet dele af stenen tilhugges, mens andre dele fremstår med stenens naturlige overflade. Nordsøens fisk, som de landes i Hirtshals og langs Vestkysten, er det foretrukne motiv, der skildres med stor akkuratesse og præcision af den enkelte fiske særlige kendetegn.

Ausbildung an der "Kunsthåndværkerskolen" in Kolding 1981-1985. Stinne Teglhus arbeitet hauptsächlich mit norwegischem Granit, den sie zum Teil so bearbeitet, dass sie einen Teil des Steins behaut, während andere Teile des Steins ihre natürlichen Oberfläche behalten. Educated 1981-85 at the Arts and Crafts School in Kolding. Self-taught sculptor. Stinne Teglhus works primarily in Norweigan granite, which she partially works. Parts of the stone are chiseled, while other sections remain in their natural state. North sea fish, as they are caught in Hirtshals, and along the coast are her favored motif, and they are portrayed with skill and accuracy, showing the particular features of each type of fish.
Stinne Teglhus has created a number of works for individuals and the public all over Denmark.
